Project Manager Structures

We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Project Manager Structures, to strengthen a team of engineers recognized for its expertise in the design and realization of complex projects. Our client is an engineering office established in Switzerland, intervening on various projects in the fields of buildings, infrastructure, and technical structures. Its constant development is based on an approach combining technical excellence, proximity to clients, and the ability to propose pragmatic and innovative solutions. Your role As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for structural mandates from the initial study phases to the realization of the works. You act as the privileged interlocutor for clients, architects, and project partners. In this capacity, you coordinate the different stakeholders, ensure the technical and financial monitoring of business, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. Your expertise allows you to bring real added value to technical choices and constructive orientations, while guaranteeing the feasibility and overall consistency of the projects. Your responsibilities You pilot the design studies and actively participate in the development of the technical solutions most adapted to the constraints of the projects. You coordinate the project teams, ensure the monitoring of services, and ensure the proper flow of information between the different stakeholders. You supervise the calculations, the modeling, and the production of technical documents necessary for the execution of the works. You accompany clients and partners throughout the project, providing them with relevant technical advice and a clear vision of the challenges. You participate in coordination meetings and ensure the monitoring of works in order to guarantee the conformity of the realizations to the defined requirements. Finally, you contribute to the development of the office through the quality of your achievements and the trust you establish with your interlocutors.
