Tasks

• You manage your own mandate portfolio in the areas of finance and accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You prepare VAT returns and support mandate managers or clients with various tax issues
• You assist with monthly, interim, and annual financial statements according to OR
• You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons
• You are the first point of contact for clients regarding financial and administrative matters
• You support the ongoing further development and optimization of existing processes

Profile

• You have completed a basic commercial vocational training EFZ
• You bring initial professional experience in the fiduciary sector (mandatory or accounting on a mandate basis)
• You have started further training in the fiduciary or finance sector or plan the next professional step
• You work accurately, reliably, and independently
• You value direct exchange with clients and maintain a professional appearance
• You think ahead, take responsibility, and want to develop professionally
