Your responsibilities Define, organize, plan, and control the cleaning services of the buildings and parking lots of Genève Aéroport (hereinafter GA) in order to ensure their operational functioning and to satisfy users Manage service provider companies by guaranteeing compliance with service levels (SLA/KPI), contractual requirements, hygiene, safety, and quality standards, as well as the implementation of necessary corrective actions Manage contracts, manage the department's services (maintenance, cleaning, services), organize public procurement procedures to guarantee their proper execution and compliance with specifications. Propose, manage, control, and monitor the operating budget and ensure re-invoicing or cost allocation Participate in recruitment, train, motivate, supervise, evaluate, plan, and monitor activities and schedules to ensure the efficiency of the team as well as the quality of maintenance. Lead reflection regarding the organization of the service, the distribution of roles and responsibilities Analyze, define, organize, plan, and control the department's stock (supplies, consumables, machines, furniture). Validate purchase requests to guarantee the continuity of services provided to users Develop, coordinate, and monitor concierge services according to first-level intervention models and premium hotel services You hold a federal diploma as a cleaning services manager and you Justify at least 5 years of experience in managing a large-scale infrastructure Have solid experience in team management Demonstrate great interpersonal ease, a keen sense of communication, a team spirit, and a capacity to collaborate transversally Know how to manage priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment. Are oriented towards service quality and user satisfaction.
