At Pro\-Tech Chauffage, you take full responsibility for your sanitary business, from the first client request to the final invoicing. We are a human-sized SME, an SSIGE concessionaire (water and gas), that relies on artificial intelligence (AI) to lighten daily tasks. Your role You manage your sanitary construction sites from start to finish: analysis of the request or tender, on-site measurement, client advice, estimation, coordination of installation teams, technical and financial monitoring, up to the handover and final accounting. Our clientele is varied: individuals, property management companies, architects, general contractors, local authorities, and industries. Concretely, you: Analyze plans and tender documents, perform on-site measurements, and advise the client on technical and budgetary solutions Establish execution plans and details on AutoCAD, measurements, dimensioning, and material lists Estimate quotes and tenders according to the CAN (with Win\_OD) and consult suppliers Plan and coordinate installation teams, participate in site meetings with architects and representatives Ensure technical and financial monitoring, manage additional work, prepare accounts and final invoicing Process work notifications and connection requests (notably Viteos, canton of Neuchâtel) Your profile CFC as a sanitary building technology drafter, or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland Experience in the design, estimation, and monitoring of sanitary projects in Switzerland, with a good knowledge of SSIGE and SIA standards Mastery of AutoCAD Proven experience in establishing tenders according to the CAN and good mastery of its operation (prerequisite) Win\_OD is an asset; if you have already worked with tender software integrating the CAN, you will master it quickly You enjoy autonomy and taking the lead, but always in a team: you rely on the expertise of your technicians and take their opinion into account to move forward together Sense of construction site profitability, ability to manage several projects in parallel, ease of contact Fluent French, oral and written, and a valid driver's license Curiosity for artificial intelligence (AI) applied to the profession: for us, it is not a gadget, it is a way to save time on administration and project management Experience with AI is an asset, not a condition.
