What awaits you * Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clientele in real estate law, mainly: + Tenancy law + Public and private construction law + Real rights + Neighborhood law + Other contracts in real estate matters * Resolution of complex legal problems in the aforementioned fields * Conducting negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts and authorities What you bring * University education in Swiss law (MLaw) * Bar admission, an asset * Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach * Flexibility, autonomy and ability to manage a large workload * Enjoyment of contact with customers * Very good communication, negotiation and legal writing skills * Good knowledge of English and/or German, an asset What we offer to you We are convinced that satisfied female and male employees achieve better performance.
