In the absence of the team leadership, you take over the deputy role and bear responsibility for the team as well as the smooth running of daily care

What you bring
Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Professional experience in geriatrics or acute geriatrics is an advantage
Initial leadership experience or interest in taking on responsibility in a leadership role
Ability to make decisions, sense of responsibility, and empathy
Strong communication skills, conflict management skills, and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented way of working
