AN OPERATIONS ASSISTANT COLLABORATOR (80%-100%)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MISSIONS
Assist the Convention Center department team in the organization of events
Prepare, set up and install the rooms: assembly, disassembly and arrangement of furniture
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, material and installations and ensure first-level maintenance
Contribute to the general maintenance of the premises (cleaning, cleanliness, tidying, organization)
PROFILE
Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or an equivalent technical training
Experience or good knowledge in maintenance and housekeeping
Helpful and attentive to the needs of clients, partners and the team
Reliable and versatile, you are able to undertake different types of missions and to adapt quickly to needs, while respecting the deadlines provided
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks and handling work
Good command of French
Category B driving license required, aerial work platform and forklift licenses a plus
Availability in the evenings and on weekends according to the needs of the events
