You act as a reference and facilitator for projects: you structure their governance, organize the work, document decisions and deliverables, and ensure the progress of the various stakeholders. You actively contribute to the development and improvement of internal control, with particular attention paid to risk mapping, control matrices, process documentation, and artificial intelligence governance. Your responsibilities Finance Projects (approximately 50 %) * Coordinate major Finance transformation projects, notably the implementation of a contract management database, the change of the accounting system, the evolution of the technical accounting system, and the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions * Structure projects and their governance: Project charters, planning, milestones, responsibilities, committees, risk monitoring, and documentation of decisions * Organize and lead work with Finance, IT, and business teams, ensure action follow-up, and mobilize stakeholders to guarantee project progress * Prepare regular summaries for the CFO and governance bodies, highlighting progress, points of attention, and expected decisions Internal Control (approximately 50 %) * Develop and maintain risk mapping, control matrices, and documentation of key processes * Support process owners in the definition, implementation, and improvement of internal controls * Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of governance related to the use of artificial intelligence within the Group * Promote a culture of risk management, documentation, and continuous improvement within the organization Your profile * Master's degree in finance, audit, management, or equivalent training * 5 to 7 years of professional experience in audit, internal control, risk management, or Finance project coordination functions * Experience in external audit, ideally acquired within a Big Four, constitutes an important asset * Good understanding of financial processes, internal control systems, and issues related to information systems * Excellent organizational, coordination, and formalization skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach * Ability to mobilize various interlocutors, advance work, and communicate clearly with operational teams and Management * Very good command of French and English; German is a real asset * Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy, pragmatism, and sense of collaboration Why join us? * A transverse position, at the interface between Finance transformation, internal control, information systems, and governance * Direct exposure to the strategic projects of the Financial Department and the main decision-makers of the Group * A dynamic environment, where autonomy, initiative, and continuous improvement are valued * Remote work possible up to 2 days per week * Participation in transport costs * Electric bikes made available at certain sites * Advantageous social conditions and LPP * Extended leave (paternity, maternity, special leave, gifted days) Location: Vésenaz or Lausanne Contract type: To be defined -- 100 % Start date: To be agreed Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care SA * Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care SA Route de Thonon 63 1222 Vésenaz * [ ](< >) jpid623cc84jm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
