For our client, a fiduciary office, we are looking for a

Fiduciary Clerk 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Maintaining financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting for our clients
• Preparing VAT returns as well as the annual VAT reconciliation
• Maintaining payroll accounting, filling out wage declarations, and creating wage statements
• Working in the area of personnel administration, including support with social insurances
• Preparing provisional annual financial statements for closing meetings
• Finalizing the definitive closing documents
• Filling out tax returns for natural as well as legal entities
• Supporting the mandate management in founding, restructuring, and liquidations
• Opening and setting up accounting as well as advising and training AbaWeb customers in the handling of Abacus applications

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with experience in the fiduciary/accounting sector
• A reliable, accurate, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of a service-oriented activity with customer contact
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word), ideally experience with Abacus Business Software
• Ability to work in a team
• German as a native language
