Job Description ##

We are looking for a Product Manager Associate to join the Trading product strategy team, supporting our product managers across retail and institutional trading. This role combines KPI ownership, operational support, and hands-on AI adoption, with the opportunity to grow deep expertise in securities, crypto and forex products. If you're analytical, curious about AI, and energized by turning data into decisions this role is for you.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Product Strategy Trading Manager and working closely with the three trading product managers and the UX researcher, you will:

Own KPIs & Tracking

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards across retail and institutional trading - adoption, revenue, engagement, and roadmap status.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for management, coordinating with the Insights team on data extraction while owning trading-specific interpretation.
• Maintain a single source of truth on roadmap items, deadlines, and dependencies across the three product lines.

Support the Product Managers

• Assist the three Trading Product Managers with research, first drafts of business cases, and coordination across UX, Design, and the Banking team.
• Prepare materials for governance and steering committees.
• Own smaller initiatives end-to-end as a way to build product management skills.

Drive AI in Our Ways of Working

• Identify and pilot AI tools and workflows that remove manual work for the team - reporting automation, synthesis, first-draft generation, and more.
• Own the team's AI use-case backlog, prioritizing and testing opportunities to improve speed and decision quality.
• Partner with the Insights team and any central AI/data functions to align on tooling.
• Conduct market research on AI trends and analyse how they could translate into new client-facing product opportunities.

Qualifications ##

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, product, or consulting role, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Genuine hands-on AI experience - you have built, automated, or shipped something with AI, not just used it as a consumer.
• Strong analytical and data orientation (Excel at minimum; BI tools a plus), with the judgment to turn numbers into a clear story.
• Interest or prior exposure to crypto and/or forex is a plus.
• Highly organized and autonomous, comfortable owning operational work as well as higher-visibility projects.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to synthesize complex or messy input into clear output for both peers and management.
• Curious, and eager to grow into a broader product role.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (our working language). French or other languages are a plus.
