Designer for Injection Moulding Tools

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced employee as:
Your tasks:

· Design of high-performance injection moulding tools for packaging and medical applications

· Creating and developing concepts, drafts, and assemblies of injection moulding tools

· Implementing customer requirements into constructive solutions

· Creating assemblies and deriving assemblies

· Creating models and deriving detailed drawings

· Manufacturing-oriented design of moulded parts

· Creating shrinkage models

· Design of Fostag hot runner systems

· Creating parts lists

· Preparing documents, documentation, and schematics such as electrical, water, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sensor technology, etc.

· Creating product drawings for plastic parts considering plastic-specific design

· Maintenance of changes and internal standard parts
You bring the following qualifications:

· Completed training as a designer or polymechanic with further training in design

· Experience in the design of injection moulding tools

· Experience in the packaging and medical technology sector

· CAD experience preferably with Siemens NX or CAD with parametric design approach

· Goal- and solution-oriented working style, proactive personality with enthusiasm for the profession and high quality and responsibility awareness

· Flexibility and ability to work in a team
