We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: Spa Reception Agent Your profile • A strong focus on guests and service, with high standards of quality, as well as in-depth knowledge of and confident application of LQA standards to ensure excellent guest experiences • Very good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as confident and professional use of digital applications and online tools • Extensive experience working with hotel and spa management systems, particularly TAC RA, to efficiently manage operational processes • Comprehensive knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty brands, as well as a strong understanding of high-quality service and guest experiences • A strong willingness to learn and take initiative, with a clear focus on continuous professional and personal development • High flexibility, strong adaptability, and a willingness to take on cross-functional responsibilities and actively support operational processes Your role • Providing professional care, advice, and reception services to spa and hotel guests, and ensuring a first-class guest experience in accordance with defined quality standards (LQA/SDH) • Coordinating all front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, booking, and billing for treatments, as well as optimizing daily planning • Actively promoting sales through expert product and service advice, with a focus on upselling, guest loyalty, and repeat bookings • Conducting spa tours for hotel guests and providing comprehensive information on spa offerings, fitness services, and other hotel amenities • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and quality guidelines • Responsibility for administrative and organizational tasks such as inventory, ordering supplies, documentation, shift handoffs, and use of internal systems (e.g., Micros/TAC) • Assisting with the training of new employees What you can look forward to • Workplace in a region with a very good quality of life and high recreational value • Various benefits in the Andermatt region • Attractive accommodation conditions in Swiss Deluxe Hotels & Orascom Hotels • 50% discount in our F&B outlets as well as Family & Friends rates • Up to 50% financial support for further training and language courses • Work clothes provided and cleaned free of charge
