Do you have a feel for baked goods, are you interested in technical contexts and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Project Manager Development and Processes, you develop and optimise innovative products, including our world-famous tartelettes.

Your future main tasks:

• Developing market-ready baked goods in close collaboration with marketing, sales and production, to create innovative moments of enjoyment for our customers
• Checking alternative raw materials as well as optimising existing recipes, products and manufacturing processes to continuously improve our product quality
• Supporting production in continuous improvement to optimise technical conditions and reduce waste
• Participating in the evaluation and procurement of new and replacement equipment, to actively shape a future-oriented, efficient production

Your ideal qualifications:

• Completed basic training in the food sector (e.g. food technologist, baker or cook), ideally with further training at HF or FH level
• Initial professional experience in the food industry, preferably in the baked goods sector
• MS Office skills
• Creative personality with technical interest and a systematic and solution-oriented working style
