Your area of responsibility • Leading and instructing the construction site team in technical and operational matters • Coordinating all assembly activities on site for new systems, revisions, and repairs • Documenting and monitoring commissioning and ongoing work • Supporting technical questions throughout the entire project duration • Collaborating on practical assembly and installation work on the construction site Your profile • Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or commercial vehicle mechanic EFZ • Several years of experience in the workshop and in assembly, ideally in a leadership position as a chefmonteur or polier • Knowledge in the field of hydroelectric power plants • Manual skills and enjoyment of physical work under changing weather conditions • Quality-conscious, loyal, and independent working method with professional appearance • Driver's license category B • German: stylistically secure (C2) / English, French, or Italian: basic knowledge is an advantage Your perspectives The employment is under attractive conditions according to GAV Swissmem with a 40-hour week and a vacation entitlement of 25 to 30 days depending on age. The occupational pension scheme is taken over by the employer to 60 percent.
