HR Consultant 80 - 90 % As a Higher Vocational College, we are a customer-centric educational company for the healthcare sector at tertiary education level with around 1100 students. Based on cantonal service contracts, we contribute to having sufficient, well-qualified, and motivated specialists in interprofessional professional fields through attractive initial and continuing education. September 2026 or by arrangement as an HR Consultant 80 - 90 % Your tasks You proactively advise and support employees and managers along the HR lifecycle (without payroll accounting) in the assigned area of responsibility Together with your team colleagues, you manage the operational HR processes and ensure compliance with labor law and internal requirements You take over the functional leadership of two HR assistants You work with commitment in HR projects and take over their management if required You actively contribute your experience and thus promote the further development and digitalization of our Human Resources You create and analyze HR key figures to derive and implement effective measures Your qualifications You have several years of professional experience in HR consulting for different stakeholder groups You have completed further training (at least at the level of HR Specialist Diploma) You bring experience in the functional leadership of employees as well as in project management You specifically apply your know-how in dealing with HR systems and current HR trends Thanks to your entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as your view of the "big picture", you optimize processes and increase the efficiency of workflows You are a pragmatic and resilient personality who focuses on impact and customer benefit Your independent way of working is service- and solution-oriented Our offer An interesting, versatile area of activity in which you can contribute your competencies and your personality; contemporary employment conditions and a modern workplace at our campus in Bern.
