In order to strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant. You will join a dynamic team within which you will actively participate in the daily management of product movements, stock monitoring, and the smooth running of logistics operations. Logistics Assistant Your missions As part of this position, your main responsibilities will be as follows: • Receive and ship parcels • Ensure the filing and storage of products • Perform data entry in our ERP system • Carry out packaging and labeling operations • Participate in stock management and monitoring • Plan and organize shipments • Provide daily support to the logistics team in its various tasks What we are looking for • Logistics diploma or equivalent training • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of logistics • Initial experience in the watchmaking or jewelry sector is an asset • Good command of inventory management IT tools (ERP / SAP) as well as Microsoft Office • Good planning, organization, and priority management skills • Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility • Anticipation mindset and ability to manage unforeseen events • Category B driving license mandatory • French: native language; English: intermediate level Your personality You are an organized, rigorous, versatile and results-oriented person; you appreciate environments where precision and quality occupy a central place and know how to remain calm in the face of the unexpected.
