Facility Manager Cleaning 100% \- You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks as well as in the development and implementation of processes and workflows \- You lead and supervise employees, plan their assignments and vacations, record working hours and absences, and ensure the correct reporting of personnel changes \- You monitor compliance with our quality standards and carry out process-oriented quality controls \- You organize and optimize existing workflows and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes \- You coordinate and undertake pick-up and delivery services for laundry, material, and other operating resources.
