In order to strengthen our IT department team, we are looking for a: IT Support Technician 100% (M/F) Your main tasks User support for hardware and software technical incidents (L1 and L2 levels) Installation and configuration of Windows workstations (PC and peripherals, IT applications) Management and updating of documentation User training on tools and software Maintenance of the IT inventory management and evolution of IT equipment Participation in improvement projects and the search for IT solutions Your profile CFC in computer science (or equivalent), ES Technician or equivalent training Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and environments (Active Directory, Windows server, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune and Entra) Knowledge of Atlassian administration is a plus Good knowledge of Windows workstations (Win10/11) Good knowledge of standard office programs and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell) Languages: good command of French and English.
