Maintenance & mechanical reliability engineer # Workplace: Sion Your mission: ## Within the operations management unit, you play a key role in the reliability, availability, and evolution of hydroelectric installations in collaboration with other units. You are the guarantor of high-performance, flexible, and sustainably future-oriented operations. Your responsibilities: ## • Guarantee a global vision of the technical and strategic issues of the facilities and ensure their coherence over time. • Participate in design reviews, perform preventive inspections during overhauls, and validate the transfer of projects to operations. • Support field teams in failure resolution, in close connection with subject matter experts. • Lead cross-functional analyses, capitalize on feedback, and promote a continuous improvement dynamic. • Optimize and flexibilize maintenance work according to the issues of each partner. • Participate in the integration of digitalization projects into the operations process. • Evolve the CMMS and contribute to the transition towards maintenance 5.0. • Analyze facility performance via 4.0 platforms and propose optimization actions. • Conduct reliability and maintenance flexibilization studies to strengthen operational performance. • Develop standardized maintenance plans and tools that promote capitalization and knowledge sharing. • Design training modules for the on-call service and participate in the engineer on-call service. Your skills: ## • EPF or HES Engineer in mechanics. • Comfortable managing several projects in parallel in a dynamic environment. • Strong interest in data, statistical analysis, and risk assessment methods. • Marked sensitivity to digital innovation and new technologies, with a good mastery of programming. • Autonomy and proactivity, with a high capacity for analysis and synthesis. • Ability to manage technical issues in a matrix organization, coordinating different stakeholders. • Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language. • Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, collaboration, ability to convince, and ability to work with diverse teams.
