Responsibilities • Welcome, evaluate and guide employees on health issues by providing adapted advice • Ensure first-line nursing care as well as the management of emergency situations • Coordinate orientations to emergency services when necessary • Accompany employees in the event of work accidents and trigger the appropriate safety procedures • Ensure the updating of computerized medical records • Manage phone calls and emails from the medical service in accordance with current procedures • Ensure the management of medical equipment and the monitoring of stocks • Participate in workplace assessments and occupational risk prevention actions • Contribute to health prevention and promotion campaigns Profile *Technical skills* • Solid mastery of first-line nursing care and emergency management • Ability to quickly assess a clinical situation, prioritize interventions and act effectively in a critical context • Up-to-date BLS or AFGSU certification • Good knowledge of safety procedures and incident management in a professional environment • Sensitivity to prevention and continuous improvement approaches • Good mastery of medical and office computer tools *Personal skills* • Calm and excellent stress management in emergency situations • Anticipatory spirit and proactive approach • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities • Ability to manage several situations simultaneously • Excellent team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration • Clear, professional and reassuring communication *Experience and qualifications* • Minimum 6 years of experience in nursing • Experience in emergency care is a significant asset • Recognized nursing diploma, equivalent to the French State Nursing Diploma or Bachelor HES in nursing (or recognized title in Switzerland) • Valid BLS or AFGSU certification • Additional training in occupational health, prevention or emergencies is appreciated *Languages* • French: advanced level • English: intermediate to advanced level (B2/C1) Benefits • Temporary mission at 100% (40h/week) • Based in Geneva • Multicultural environment • Entry into function: ASAP Contact information Morgane is pleased to receive your application and invites you to apply directly online.
