A deputy and replacement for the Head of Service (80-100%) A deputy and replacement for the Head of Service (80-100%) with the Service des affaires intérieures et communales, in Sion Online application: The Service des affaires intérieures et communales (SAIC) plays a central role in the institutional and democratic functioning of the Canton du Valais. Within its areas of competence, it accompanies large-scale projects and contributes to the development of legislation. Furthermore, the SAIC supports communes and bourgeoisies on legal and financial levels. It investigates and prepares draft decisions for the Conseil d’Etat in its capacity as an authority for appeals, approval, and supervision. In addition, it organizes and conducts elections and votes.
