Polisher# \- Prepare surfaces on CNC 3 and 5 axis Recomatic and/or Bula machines \- Perform complete finishes on CNC 5 axis Recomatic and/or Bula and/or Cyberpolish machines: polishing, sharpening and felt preparation \- Perform complete finishes on conventional machines: polishing, sharpening and felt preparation \- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components \- Define and perform polishing ranges \- Participate in the design of specific tools and fixtures \- Contribute to continuous improvement by being a force of proposal in manufacturing methods and tool making \- Perform production stamping and follow daily production indicators \- Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking (non-negotiable) \- Mastery of RECOMATIC machines (non-negotiable) \- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position \- Good dexterity and autonomy \- Dynamic, organized, versatile person with a good team spirit Precisions on the process: \- Anonymous search: no information about the company will be communicated and the corresponding files will be transmitted without communication to the candidates Additional information: \- Type of contract: Full-time fixed \- Entry date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton of Neuchâtel \- Language: French - Excellent level
