Culturally and linguistically, we are strongly anchored in both the Romandie and German-speaking Switzerland. Your daily routine consists of managing and further developing complex political matters. This means: developing strategies and action plans, lobbying, editing arguments and texts, topic monitoring, and organizing events. You also develop and maintain a broad political network and represent ellips to clients. You actively participate in the acquisition of new mandates, work on the corporate strategy, and also take on administrative tasks. You are already dealing with the political landscape today, know the Swiss political mechanics excellently, and possess very good political intuition thanks to your experience. The independent development of political ideas and strategies as well as the management of complex projects are a matter of course for you. You are a committed and interested personality, can handle high intensity, work very efficiently, and strive to achieve concrete goals quickly. Your natural sociability and your modest nature help you to steadily expand your network. Discretion, loyalty, and entrepreneurship are among your qualities, and you appreciate small, unbureaucratic structures. Beyond these qualities, we are looking for applicants with the following experiences and competencies: • Completed university education (preferably at Master's level) • At least five years of professional experience in the field of Swiss politics • Perfect command of the German or French language in spoken and written form, excellent knowledge of the second language and English Do you recognize yourself in this announcement?
