Become part of our creative team! Studio Archimed is an architecture and interior design office based in Zürich-Binz in Kreis 3. We plan and realize high-quality medical facilities - from doctor and dental practices to day clinics and surgical centers to hospital projects. Furthermore, we handle demanding projects in office and interior fit-out as well as in the private and public sectors. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who will lead our projects independently from design to completion.   Your tasks • Independent management of demanding architecture and interior fit-out projects from design to realization • Responsibility for the planning, organization, and coordination of the projects • Leadership and coordination of internal project teams, specialist planners, and executing companies • Direct support and advice for our clients and customers • Creation and coordination of building permit, execution, detail, and revision plans • Conducting clarifications with authorities, offices, and specialist agencies • Accompanying the tender and award processes • Taking over construction management and coordination of work on the construction site • Responsibility for compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements • Constructive and design-oriented further development of our projects   Your profile • Completed studies in architecture  • At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland  • Several years of experience in the independent planning and realization of structural engineering or interior fit-out projects • Experience in project and construction management • Very good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, standards, and permit procedures • Good user knowledge in ArchiCAD as well as MS Office • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage • Confident, professional, and well-groomed appearance • Strong communication and organizational skills • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Enjoyment of direct contact with clients, customers, and project participants • High sense of responsibility as well as design and technical understanding   What we offer you • A permanent position with a workload of 80-100 % • Flexible working hours and the possibility for home office • Independent management of diverse and demanding projects • A responsible, creative, and varied activity • Exciting projects with high design and technical standards • A great team of architects and interior designers with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for initiative • Flat hierarchies, an open "Du" culture, and appreciative cooperation at eye level • Opportunities for personal and professional development • Support for further and advanced training • Bright and spacious office premises with good transport connections • Contemporary employment conditions and a long-term professional perspective   Have we piqued your interest?
