IT-Project Manager limited until , Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt IT-Project Manager limited until , 80 - 100% COMPETENT AND NETWORKED THINKING The Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt (MBA) is the competence and service center for vocational training, gymnasiums, higher vocational training, and continuing education in the Canton of Zürich. We support and supervise secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of vocational preparatory years, and training companies. In this environment, the Digital Service Center Sek II (DSC) provides services to support the administrative and pedagogical-didactic processes for around 60'000 users in the over 40 cantonal schools. We are looking for an employee for project coordination in the areas of Service Delivery Management and Application Service with a workload of 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement. The employment is limited until June 2029. Your area of responsibility Technical project management (planning, monitoring, control) of internal and external IT projects (e.g., ICT basic supply/migration projects, application-specific projects) Survey and evaluation of business requirements and translation into technical specifications, process definitions, definition and assurance of deliverables Responsibility for stakeholder management of internal and external interest groups, especially other administrative bodies, secondary level II schools, and suppliers. Development of concepts, presentations, and communications for various interest groups as well as creation of relevant documentation (e.g., operational documentation, training materials) Support in daily operational business Your profile Completed education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) or comparable education HERMES project management certification and several years of professional experience in an IT project management role (IT infrastructure and/or application environment) Structured, networked way of working and analytical skills in a dynamic and complex system environment High service and customer orientation and strong communication skills in German Knowledge of processes in the education system is an advantage Our offer Are you interested in a role in the service of the economy, education, and youth?
