Employee Building Maintenance The Adullam-Stiftung is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and nursing in Northwest Switzerland. It operates one hospital and one affiliated nursing center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique comprehensive care from acute medicine to rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. To reinforce our Facility Management team, we are looking for an engaged personality as an Employee Building Maintenance 100% per 1. October 2026 or by arrangement for our locations in Basel and Riehen. What awaits you You keep our buildings and technical systems in Basel and Riehen in good condition. You carry out maintenance and repair work on building technology systems and support repairs on HVAC systems. You coordinate and accompany external service providers and keep an overview in the process. You request quotes and ensure that quality and costs are correct. You document your work carefully – so that not only you know what has been done. What you bring with you A completed manual vocational apprenticeship EFZ, ideally as an electrical installer. Joy in solving problems before they become real problems. Readiness to perform on-call duty at our locations in Basel and Riehen. Good IT user skills; knowledge of waveware is a plus. Very good German skills as well as a friendly and helpful demeanor. Driver's license category B. An NIV-15 permit is an advantage, but not a must.
