Versatile waitress

Looking for the rare pearl. I am looking for a waitress, able to work alone and manage her dining room. Someone to truly rely on. For a "gastronomic", refined establishment, located in Haute-Nendaz. Versatile because the entire dining room must be managed. Cleaning, mise en place, laundry and ironing (tablecloths), "bar" management, wines, and of course service, accompaniment throughout the menu, wine service etc. Good salesperson without overdoing it, knowledge of wines, mainly Valaisan, would be a plus, but not mandatory. I often take care of the pairings and I know what goes well with my cuisine. "Small" establishment with charm and character, offering good refined cuisine. Accommodation available on site! Position to be filled "immediately" and possibility to continue afterwards with the winter season. Evening service only from Wednesday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday open lunch and dinner.
