We are looking for an experienced leader with the necessary know-how to successfully lead and develop a motivated team in our dynamic environment. Your area of responsibility ## • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the operating electricians team • Ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of the electrical infrastructure • Planning and coordination of electrical work as well as resource planning • Compliance with and enforcement of safety and quality standards • Control of conversions and electrical sub-projects • Coaching and development of employees • Collaboration with internal departments and external partners Your skills ## • Completed training as an electrician EFZ or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in operating electrical systems, ideally in a data center environment • Leadership experience • In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards • Structured and responsible way of working • High social and communication skills • Further education in the electrical field is desirable Our offer ## With us, you will find a warm, collegial environment.
