Your missions and responsibilities Study customer requests and analyze their needs. Perform measurements, prepare offers, and ensure their follow-up. Design projects and develop technical plans. Plan production and organize construction sites. Ensure technical, budgetary, and logistical follow-up of business. Lead installation teams and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure relations with clients, architects, project owners, and suppliers. Participate in commercial development and customer loyalty. Collaborate closely with management and contribute to the company's strategic reflections. <br /> <br /> Skills We expect Training as a Wood Technician ES or a title deemed equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function. Proven experience in managing carpentry and interior design projects. Very good knowledge of measurements, costing, and preparation of offers. Mastery of planning and construction site monitoring. Excellent coordination skills with various stakeholders. Mastery of technical drawing software. Knowledge of SketchUp is an asset.
