We act to restore and maintain their health in their environment while developing community initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of people vulnerable in their mental health. We promote their socio-professional reintegration through places of exchange, creation, and work in Lausanne, Yverdon, Vevey, and Nyon*.* We are looking for a Head of Social Sector and Insertion today, capable of combining professional expertise, local leadership, and operational management. HEAD OF SOCIAL SECTOR AND INSERTION - 100% Your Action Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Welcome and Community Actions Department, you manage the Social and Insertion Sector and lead a team of social assistants and workshop managers. You guarantee the quality of the orientation, admission, monitoring, and exit processes of beneficiaries within our socio-professional workshops. You also ensure the management of the Welcome and Administration Workshop in Lausanne and the Support Network, dedicated to maintaining social ties in the living environment. You lead your sector with autonomy and responsibility, in a culture of collaboration, frankness, and trust. You guarantee the quality of services, the achievement of objectives, and the proper allocation of resources. Close to the field, you devote approximately 20% of your activity to operational management and the monitoring of socio-professional insertion measures entrusted by the OAI, the ORP, and their partners. Your responsibilities and activities: • Lead your teams, establish a clear framework, set objectives, and ensure their follow-up. • Guarantee the quality, continuity, and efficiency of social services, admissions, and the permanent service. • Manage quantitative and qualitative objectives, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments. • Manage the two workshops under your responsibility and ensure the monitoring of resources and budgets of your sector • Directly ensure the monitoring of rehabilitation and socio-professional insertion measures. Your Profile: Professional: • HES training in social work, social service orientation, or an equivalent title, with confirmed experience in the social field (mental health is an asset). • Proven experience in local management and team leadership. • Mastery of rehabilitation and socio-professional insertion systems, notably the measures entrusted by the OAI, the ORP, and their partners, as well as their monitoring and evaluation requirements. • Excellent knowledge of the Vaud social system, social insurance, and socio-professional insertion. • Experience in managing services, objectives, indicators, and resources. Personal: • Ability to establish a clear framework, to decide, arbitrate, and assume responsibilities with discernment. • Local leadership, ability to unite teams and maintain a respectful and reassuring posture. • Autonomy in action, respecting the institutional line, with a capacity to report in a reliable, structured, and proactive manner. • Analytical spirit, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex, sensitive, or risky situations with stability and accuracy.
