Das Jugendwohnhaus is an offering of the Institution Obstgarten and belongs to the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime. Eight adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 20 live in the Jugendwohnhaus. The main goal in this semi-supervised offering is the development of age-appropriate competencies in the area of daily life management. Vocational training or other daily structures are completed externally. The adolescents and young adults are accompanied both individually and as a group. For the pedagogical team, we are looking for as of 15 September 2026 or by arrangement a Social Pedagogue (Female/Male) 50 % ## Your tasks ### • Accompanying and supporting eight adolescents and young adults in everyday life • Goal- and process-oriented case responsibility for two adolescents and young adults • Individual promotion of the competencies, resources, and abilities of the young people • Accompanying in household management and in the administrative area • Assistance with training-specific topics • Co-design and collaboration in the social pedagogical team Your profile ### • Education in Social Pedagogy/Social Work HF or FH • Professional experience in semi-residential youth work is an advantage • Participatory, solution-oriented, and humorous basic attitude as well as enjoyment of independent work • Willingness for flexible working hours, however without night presence • Competent and trustworthy appearance as well as clear expression Our offer ### • An exciting and versatile task with a lot of freedom for action and design • The opportunity to actively accompany young people on the path to independence and to help shape important developmental steps • An active, supportive, and humorous team • Pedagogically interesting work in a professional environment and at an attractive location • Opportunities for professional development and further training • Regular supervision • Remuneration based on the cantonal wage regulation • Five weeks of vacation Clear and predictable working hours • No night presence or on-call services • Monday afternoon team meeting (13:00-16:00) • Thursday as a fixed main responsibility day (07:00-10:00 and 17:00-22:15) • One additional evening shift per week (Wednesday, 16:00-20:30) • Occasional weekend assignments (approx. 1 x monthly) • Vacation replacements by arrangement • The duty rosters are created far in advance to ensure good predictability Please send your application documents by e-mail to: personal.obstgarten@zkj.ch For further information, Mr. Florian Schicker, Co-Offer Management Semi-Supervision, is at your disposal, Tel. 044 368 50 71.
