For our customer in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for qualified building technicians who want to bring their technical expertise to demanding and varied mandates. In this responsible role, you can expect varied tasks in the areas of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, MSR, and GLS, from precise service and maintenance work to participation in complex technical projects. With your structured approach to work and your solution-oriented way of thinking, you make a significant contribution to ensuring smooth operation of the systems. Your main tasks: • Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work on the technical systems (HLK) in production, office, laboratory, and other buildings • Coordinating and carrying out all necessary work in cooperation with the responsible departments • Maintaining various documentation • Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology Your profile: • Completed vocational training in an HLK or electrical engineering profession (e.g., building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering) • Experience in maintenance, repair, or building automation • Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Willingness to be on call • Driver's license category B (mandatory) • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ready for us?
