As of now or by arrangement, we offer two Pre-internships in Work Agogics ## (Vegetable Cultivation or Housekeeping) 80-100 % In the employment program Läbesknospe, we offer unemployed people a low-threshold entry into everyday work life. In a solution-oriented and appreciative environment, we offer versatile assignments in the areas of vegetable cultivation, logistics & recycling, housekeeping, and wood processing. During the pre-internship, you will support the work assignments and accompany our employees in the vegetable cultivation or housekeeping group. In doing so, you will acquire valuable competencies for an agogic training. Your tasks: • Collaboration in the vegetable cultivation group or in the housekeeping group • Guiding, accompanying, and collaborating in the agogic sense • Taking over the respective group leadership during shortages and as holiday cover • Various administrative tasks What you bring: • Interest in subsequent part-time vocational training to become a Work Agogist • Completed at least 3-year initial training or Matura • Driver's license Cat. B, ideally with trailer test (vegetable cultivation) • Physical and mental robustness as well as manual skills • Competencies in handling food and networked thinking (housekeeping) • Patience and joy in working with people in challenging life situations • Interest and enthusiasm for our values and vision What we offer you: A pre-internship of at least six months with a subsequent possibility for a training position in Work Agogics.
