What you will achieve with us • Carrying out preventive maintenance and inspections on systems and machines at the customer site • Service, repair, and fault-finding assignments to ensure high plant availability • Support during the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new plants • Production monitoring after commissioning as well as technical support for customers on-site • Training and instruction of operating and maintenance personnel at the customer site • Carrying out error analyses as well as systematic troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and control technology components • Remote support and troubleshooting from our location in Hinwil as well as support on-site • Preparation of service reports, maintenance protocols, and technical analyses • Close cooperation with the Engineering, Project Management, and Spare Parts Management departments • Active participation in the continuous improvement of service processes, products, and technical solutions What you bring with you • Completed basic training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician, or in a comparable technical field • Experience with PLC controls, ideally Beckhoff and/or Siemens (TIA Portal) • Several years of professional experience in service, commissioning, assembly, or maintenance of automated industrial or intralogistics systems • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong customer orientation as well as a professional appearance • Willingness for travel activities with a focus on Switzerland as well as occasional international assignments • ERP and PLM knowledge is an advantage • Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage • Driver's license category B We offer • An attractive benefits package consisting of a fixed salary, travel, and meal expenses • A first-class introduction to our machines (in-house and on-site) • An interesting and versatile activity • Great independence within the team and your area of work • Progressive employment conditions and extensive social benefits • A long-term professional perspective with development opportunities • An outstanding corporate culture with the values and sustainability of a family business Then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
