To strengthen our team in the production of pre- and final stages, we are looking for a dedicated Chemie-& Pharmatechnologe (full-time, shift work). Your tasks: - Operation, monitoring, and cleaning of various reactors and filter dryers - GMP-compliant documentation of all work steps (Batch Records, logbooks, cleaning instructions) - Ensuring that all activities are carried out in strict compliance with GMP, occupational safety, and environmental protection regulations - Carrying out upcoming maintenance work - Contributing to continuous improvements by analyzing processes and supporting sustainable optimizations Your profile: - Completed vocational training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment - First practical experience in organic synthesis is desirable - Experience in operating multi-purpose reactors - Willingness to work in a 6-4 shift model (6 days of work - 4 days off) - Knowledge of PLS (PCS 7), MES (PAS-X), and SAP is an advantage Our offer: - Open company culture: family-friendly, employee-friendly, and helpful work environment - Structured training and further education opportunities - Attractive shift models and day shifts possible - Discounts for public transportation and Reka money - Flexibility regarding overtime, vacation, and pension fund Do you want to drive innovations forward with us?
