In our maintenance group in Zürich, you will reliably keep high-precision mechatronic systems and plants running for series production. Together with colleagues from production, planning and engineering, you will ensure in the cleanroom that equipment and special test stands are available, cleanly maintained and optimally documented. Your role Inspect systems and machines in the cleanroom, check condition and detect deviations early Plan and carry out maintenance and inspection work on air conditioning and ventilation systems, vacuum systems, test stands, handling systems as well as production and building technology Analyze malfunctions, diagnose systematically and, as 1st level support, decide whether to resolve them yourself or involve internal or external partners Perform repairs, replace wear parts and ensure plant availability, process stability and safety Accompany and provide technical support for commissioning, conversions and optimizations of equipment and test benches Document work in SAP PM, ticket systems and checklists, create EQ numbers and maintain master data in SAP as well as in the testing equipment management Manage spare parts and tools in the warehouse and ensure availability together with purchasing Comply with safety, environmental and quality specifications, perform safety checks and support colleagues in working safely Participate in CIP and Lean activities such as TPM, 5S or RCA and drive improvements in maintenance processes and plant technology Your profile Technical training, for example as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, plant mechanic, automation technician or polymechanic, ideally with further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) Several years of practical experience in the maintenance of machines and systems, confident in reading circuit diagrams and technical drawings Sound knowledge in mechanics, electrics/electronics with NIV15, pneumatics/hydraulics and ideally precision mechanics as well as vacuum technology, with strength in air conditioning and ventilation technology Experience in troubleshooting and systematic fault diagnosis, enjoyment of structured analysis and pragmatic solutions Familiar with SAP PM, ticket tools and MS Office, open to new digital systems, willingness to work shifts or be on call depending on the location Team-oriented, clear and appreciative communication, fluent German at C1 level and confident understanding of technical documents in English at B1 level Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Eymann jpida7551b6jm jit0831jm jiy26jm
