Pflegefachperson HF Fachrichtung Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (60-80%). What awaits you: Day shifts from Monday to Friday with self-organized duty scheduling; Milieu therapeutic work with children and adolescents up to the age of 18 and their families in challenging life situations; Key person work in interdisciplinary case management and within the treatment team; Co-responsibility for the implementation of the treatment process for the assigned children and adolescents; Promotion of the autonomy and independence of the children, adolescents and legal guardians; Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors, IV, social services, schools etc. What you bring: Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF; Several years of professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry; Experience in key person work with children and adolescents; Driver's license Cat. B and willingness to travel by car; An independent, responsible way of working; Open-mindedness, high flexibility and empathy.
