You will look in vain for classic supervisors with us.Site logistics takes care of goods and shipments that arrive on the premises, are stored and distributed here, or leave the site.The Materials Management area offers various services to internal customers regarding everyday life in laboratories. The OpportunitySystem & Process Development: In our team, you will take on technical responsibility for our SAP-EWM system (internally called "LAL" - sub-area -Materials Management-). Your goal is to ensure the future viability of the system and to establish the highest possible digital process penetration in materials management.LAL Administration & BPO tasks in Materials Management: You evaluate change requests in detail, approve changes and are the main contact person for procedural aspects related to the LAL system. In addition, you maintain master data management, training materials and FAQ documentation and train new system users.Process Optimization (Continuous Improvement): You proactively identify potential for improvement in our logistical processes and service offerings. You lead cross-departmental logistics projects and support the transformation of the organization.Administrative Support "Tailored Lab Solutions": In the future, you will also support the "Tailored Lab Solutions" program in administrative matters by taking over and independently processing defined administrative work packages.Operational Back-up ("Hands-on"): You are not too good to pitch in. If necessary and in personnel emergencies, you will temporarily take over operational goods control and thus ensure the maintenance of the supply chain.Monitoring & Service Level: You ensure the service level of our range of services at the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites and monitor the KPIs (e.g. volumes, number of POs, stockouts) in materials management.Who you are:You have completed training in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification, supplemented by technical further training (e.g. as a logistics specialist or logistics manager).You bring profound expertise in dealing with and further developing SAP-EWM (preferably in a key user, admin or BPO role).You already have proven experience in project management, ideally supplemented by a certification in Lean Six Sigma.You have mandatory required professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment.You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation as well as an entrepreneurial and strategic understanding.As a strong-communicating, solution-oriented team player, you also provide pragmatic support in daily operational business in emergencies.You have very good language skills and a high level of expressiveness in German and English.We look forward to your application!  Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
