Pedagogical promotion and support of the entrusted children Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children Support with the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios Co-designing an educational partnership with the families Co-designing excursions and parent activities Active participation in team meetings Co-designing an appreciative, familial working atmosphere What should you bring?
