Your tasks • At the highest cantonal court in the heart of Lucerne, you will support the judges in social insurance law with an advisory voice in decision-making and process management. • You will independently create well-founded draft judgments and decisions. • In doing so, you will analyze and evaluate medical facts and clarify the resulting legal consequences as well as fundamental legal questions. • You will participate in court hearings and judgment consultations on an occasional basis and take minutes. • In addition, you will actively contribute to departmental organizational tasks. Your profile • Completed law degree and lawyer's patent and/or relevant professional experience.
