Case Manager Enforcement 1, 80-100% The Office for Correctional Services (AJUV) is responsible for the practical and administrative enforcement of sentences and measures. The Department of Sentence and Measure Enforcement plans and shapes resource- and risk-oriented sanction enforcement, thereby making an essential contribution to public safety. For the Department of Sentence and Measure Enforcement, we are looking for a Case Manager Enforcement 1, 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a fixed term at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility As a member of the Enforcement 1 team, you ensure both the enforcement of short (substitute) prison sentences and case management in cases of all types of sanctions with low to medium recidivism risk (incl. enforcement planning). You calculate and enforce detention days for all types of sanctions with a focus on the area of (substitute) prison sentences. In the Swiss Police Search System, you perform entries and revocations and issue appealable orders to commence a sentence as well as other decrees. You are in telephone, written, and direct contact with the assigned persons. In addition, you work interdisciplinary with other involved specialist departments. Your profile You have a commercial education; experience in an administrative authority is an advantage. In the best case, you have already worked in an enforcement authority. Your German language skills in speaking and writing are impeccable; foreign languages such as French and English round off your profile. You apply your reliable, precise, and expeditious way of working when drafting orders to commence a sentence, decrees, as well as enforcement orders.
