Fiduciary Mandate Manager - BDO Altdorf (m/f/d) 80-100% # What you achieve • You autonomously manage a varied client portfolio. • You maintain financial and payroll accounting, including subsidiary ledgers, and prepare quarterly and annual balance sheets. • You take care of VAT declarations and social security contributions. • You prepare complex tax returns for natural and legal persons. • You advise clients individually and specifically on financial, economic, and tax matters. • You lead a small team of assistants and delegate tasks as needed. • You actively maintain and develop client relationships - including acquisition. • And that's not all- your willingness to contribute is in demand with us! To succeed, you must • Hold a fiduciary expert diploma or a professional certificate in fiduciary - and possess long professional experience. • Know the canton of Uri, its companies, and the regional economy well - ideally, you are from Uri or familiar with local peculiarities. You understand your clients' needs, grasp the story behind the numbers, and adapt quickly to new subjects. • Value lasting relationships and convince through your professionalism as well as your personality. • Work efficiently and in a modern way thanks to a high degree of digitalization in mandate management - supported by digital processes, AI, and innovative tools at a digital leader in the sector. • Also master MS Office, ABACUS, and Dr. Tax. • Communicate with ease in German, with good knowledge of English.
