The schools of the Stiftung Salome Brunner are aimed at children and adolescents with severe language impairments and complex needs. In a safe, appreciative environment, they should be able to learn and develop confidently. Through meaningful cooperation, we strengthen parents in their central role. The Wabern location comprises 24 classes as well as a day school and a boarding school. As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a qualified Head of School-Therapy-Care Wabern 80% ## Member of the Executive Board As Head of School-Therapy-Care, you will assume overall responsibility for the services at the Wabern location. Together with your management team, you will combine school, therapy, and care into an effective whole and actively help shape the further development of the location. You... • lead the School-Therapy-Care area in strategic, organizational, and financial terms and are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the directly subordinate management team and school secretariat. • together with your management team, strategically further develop the services and promote interdisciplinary cooperation. • create effective structures, ensure a goal-oriented use of resources, and ensure cross-departmental cooperation. • as a member of the Executive Board, actively shape the further development of the foundation and maintain cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. • lead cross-departmental projects from planning to successful implementation. You bring with you: • healthcare or socio-pedagogical training supplemented by further training in business administration. • several years of leadership experience in a comparably complex organization. • enjoyment of interdisciplinary leadership as well as the design of development processes. • strategic thinking, a structured, solution-oriented way of working, and a sure sense for the use of resources. • strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to combine pedagogical and business administration concerns.
