You are responsible for the quality of service and the customer experience, from the setup until the end of service. Versatile, you intervene at the different points of sale of the hotel according to needs, ensuring attentive, fluid and personalized service, in compliance with the standards of a 5-star establishment. You are dynamic, organized and endowed with an excellent sense of service. You enjoy teamwork, are adaptable and comfortable in a demanding and international environment. Experience in high-end catering as well as a good command of French is indispensable and English is an asset for this position.
