Delegated Purchaser (M/F) - Mission 5 months

Your mission For one of our clients, a renowned watch manufacturer in Geneva, we are looking for a Delegated Purchaser (M/F) as part of a temporary mission of 5 months, starting from early August. Your missions: - Work as a team with the Purchaser in the context of monitoring the supplier relationship. - Be the operational support in the application of purchasing conditions - Ensure the quality of basic Purchasing data in consistency with the defined purchasing strategies in the different information systems used - Manage calls for tenders in support of the purchaser - Process and monitor purchase orders with suppliers and internal clients - Ensure monitoring of delivery deadlines for all orders placed, in collaboration with suppliers and other stakeholders - Maintain regular exchanges with suppliers for monitoring operational actions - Contribute to the performance of the service (monitoring of indicators) and to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes to increase operational efficiency - Participate in different processes, purchasing roadmap and transversal projects (digitalization, sustainability, compliance...) Your profile Your profile: - Commercial training or equivalent - Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar function - MANDATORY - Native French language with good knowledge of English - Mastery of usual office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP - Great analytical and synthesis capacity - Excellent communication and customer orientation - Organized and precise person - Good team spirit - Efficient and able to work autonomously
