We are offering you the position of: Temporary Technical Advisor at the Sion Market To temporarily strengthen the Sion Market team and advise our clients and partners, we are offering a 6-8 month mission. • Type of contract: Temporary - full-time • Activity rate: 100% • Place of work: Sion, Switzerland You will be entrusted with various tasks: • Receiving and advising customers in the Market and by phone • Selling products and spare parts (incl. Cross- and Up-Selling) as well as handing over merchandise to customers • Receiving and processing requests and orders placed by phone, in writing or electronically according to the desired deadlines • Receiving and processing returns of goods, complaints and repairs • Supporting the maintenance of order, good presentation and good density of merchandise in the sales area of the store • Managing the storage of delivered material and supporting the organization of events for customers You will lead us to success if you: • Have a CFC as a heating installer or equivalent CFC in the building sector • Have 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience based on stock management and logistics • Have natural relational skills and an innate service orientation • Have experience with the SAP software and are comfortable with office work • Are autonomous, well-organized, responsible, dynamic and enjoy team work To apply, visit our dedicated page at the address: https://ohws.prospective.ch/public/v1/jobs/c34e1b51-c7ff-43cc-9e40-a1e268805daf
