You are a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH and would like to individually accompany people with mental illnesses (1:1 care and service on the ward)? For our internal emergency pool, we are looking for experienced and empathetic nursing professionals for deployments in psychiatric facilities. You determine the deployment days yourself and we ensure professional support and fair framework conditions. Requirements profile ## • You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH/AKP/DN II • SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • You have already gained experience in psychiatric care • You possess high self-reflection, resilience and empathy Tasks ## • Individual 1:1 care for psychiatric clients in a stationary setting • Support with everyday activities as well as targeted accompaniment in dealing with mental illnesses • Close interprofessional collaboration with the treatment team General information ## Location: Canton Aargau and Solothurn Region: Aargau Employment level: 20% to 40% Employment type: Temporary Entry: immediately
