To reinforce our department, we are looking for a qualified team member to develop and acquire industrial projects, effective immediately or by agreement. Work location: Bern | Workload: 100%, part-time from 80% possible Use your energy and experience to fulfill the tasks of this very dynamic role: Responsibility for the operational management of the development process from vision to realization Creating space programs, usage and financing concepts, as well as feasibility studies Leading internal project teams and coordinating external planning partners Responsible for creating and controlling the project's economy Ensuring customer satisfaction (investors, users) Presence and network in the real estate market (architects, planners, users, marketers, investors, administrations) This is what you bring: You approach others and are able to listen actively. For this versatile and interdisciplinary task in a dynamic team in our offices in German-speaking Switzerland, you have completed a degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable discipline at a university level. You already have experience in the real estate sector and are willing to further develop your perspectives and skills in a dynamic environment.
