Time: 100% Mon-Fri (22:00-06:00) Limited to 1 year The ideal person for this position has the following requirements: -Completed commercial basic training or training in the field of freight forwarding / logistics -Professional experience in import customs clearance (Switzerland), good knowledge of Swiss customs processes (e.g. E-dec Import, Passar, transit procedures) -Very good German language skills in word and writing, English language skills mandatory, French language skills an advantage -Expressed communication and team skills -Flexibility, reliability and resilience -Resilience and flexibility also in hectic phases -Secure handling of common MS-Office programs Areas of activity: -Processing of import customs clearance including clarifications and corrections -Creation of customs declarations with E-dec / Passar -Checking of customs-relevant documents -Customer contact as well as communication with customs authorities
