Zollikofen, Switzerland (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is your contribution • Responsibility for the stable operation as well as the end-to-end lifecycle management of identity and collaboration services in hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365) incl. accounts, permissions, groups, mailboxes and other directory and Exchange objects • Ensuring quality, availability and stability of the services as well as continuous optimization and further development of operating processes and services • Recording, analysis and implementation of new requirements in close coordination with stakeholders as well as support from conception to successful transition into regular operation • Conception, implementation and maintenance of automation and integration solutions for processes and interfaces, particularly using PowerShell and comparable technologies • Systematic analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potential as well as active participation in the design of standardized and digitized service processes • Close cooperation with internal and external partners as well as application and further development of agile working methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) to support efficient and customer-oriented service operations <br /> What makes you unique • IT training (EFZ) as well as a degree from a university of applied sciences/higher vocational education or comparable subject-related and/or technical further training • Several years of experience in the operation of complex Microsoft environments • Very good knowledge of the Active Directory environment regarding group management and the logical OU structure of Active Directory • Experience with M365 services (Azure Directory, tenant administration, etc.) • Programming and scripting knowledge desired (PowerShell) • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in people with their various concerns in daily business operations and do you enjoy helping them with their problems or questions?
